The Eastern Door is a community based newspaper serving the Mohawks of Kahnawake regardless of birth, sex, age, language, politics or religion. The paper strives to be a factual, balanced, authoritative source of information with access to all segments of the community.

Deadlines

In order for The Eastern Door to be produced on time, the following DEADLINES are instituted:

Birthdays, memorials, announcements by Friday, 1 p.m., One week BEFORE publication DATE.

Advertising by Friday, 3 p.m., One week BEFORE publication date.

Advertising requested after deadline will be charged a premium.

Articles, letters, PSAs and other text by Tuesday, NOON, before publication date.
